" FEREN - Feren was a Silvan elf who was one of King Thranduil’s guards in TA 2941.  Feren was portrayed by SIMON LONDON in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, and will reprise his role for its sequel…Hm, Simon London…here a photo: London’s face is 1oo% similar to Elf Guardian in DOS, BOFA. ^^

Imdb.com: Feren is an Elf in Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit: There and Back Again (2014). The character does not exist in author J.R.R. Tolkien’s legendarium. ‘Feren’ is a word meaning ‘beech’ or ‘beech tree’ in Tolkien’s Elvish language of Quenya. The use of Quenya indicates that Feren could be a Noldor Elf of Rivendell; however, the association with beech trees suggests that he might be a Mirkwood Elf.The character is played by Australian actor Simon London.

LOTR-Wiki: Galion was a Nandorian Wood-elf of the Woodland Realm in Northern Mirkwood. Galion was the King’s butler and was probably one of his many servants. Craig Hall is a New Zealand actor who portrayed as Galion in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.

http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Galion:
Galion served King Thranduil (and presumably also Thranduil’s son Legolas). One evening in T.A. 2941 Galion and the captain of the guards decided to taste some new wine that had recently arrived to “see if it is fit for the king’s table”. The heady vintage from Dorwinion soon put the two Elves asleep, which gave Bilbo Baggins his chance to free Thorin and the other dwarfes…. When other Elves arrived to push the barrels in they found Galion and woke him up…. Galion is portrayed by Craig Hall.
